PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, MOTIVASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT. DELTA PASIFIC INDOTUNA BITUNG

Abstract


     This research aims to find out, (1) Does communication have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) Does motivation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (3) Does the work environment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT.  Delta Pacific Indotuna Bitung, the independent variables used in this research are communication (X1), motivation (X2), work environment (X3) and the dependent variable in this research is employee job satisfaction (Y).  The population used in this research were employees of PT.  Delta Pacific Indotuna Bitung.  The total sample used was 64 people, and the data collection was a survey.  The quantitative research method used in this research is associative. The results of this research show; (1) communication has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction; (2) Motivation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction; (3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.  In a case study of students from the 2019 class of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Manado State University.
